Join Me for a Personalised Class

My offering is a private, one-on-one yoga class that is personalised, safe & tailored to your needs. I have created a relaxed environment in my studio where you will be looked after and feel comfortable.

All classes include the use of essential oils, chosen to nourish and support you. You will leave class feeling refreshed and restored.

How Do We Get Started?

We will start with an initial chat so I can learn about what you would like to achieve and understand any injuries or conditions you might have. Together we will set some intentions for your yoga practice. You may want to get stronger or more flexible, enjoy some play time, or simply relax and unwind. Based on what is important to you, I will create a customised sequence that can include aerial yoga, mat-based yoga, breathing practices, and meditation.

You are in Good Hands

I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and practicing aerial yoga for 7. In 2017 I completed my foundational 200 hour yoga teacher and in 2018 I completed a 50 hour aerial yoga certification.  I have also completed short courses in Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. 

While I enjoy some of the gravity-defying poses of aerial yoga, my focus is on using the silks to help people like me recover from injuries or health challenges and navigate through stress, anxiety, and chronic illness or pain.
